Network assessments are usually requested to answer certain questions within an organization, such as what changes need to be made to a network and its operating environment (processes and tools) to reach a required service level and scale, or can an existing resource be used to support new and emerging needs, and if not how do you modify them.
Our reports provide both executive summaries, incorporating project backgrounds, summary findings and recommendations, and detailed assessments reviewing specific technical or management issues, describing the current environment, identifying gaps and making detailed recommendations.
Other questions and opinions are rendered including an assessment of network maturity, interaction between network, systems and application staff, design and process definitions, change management and systems management.
